Hi there,

I’m Nikolas Walker. I’m a mid-30’s dude with ADHD who needs a place to draw up the framework around Human-Centric Leadership.

Human-Centric Leadership is my jam from top to bottom, I’m a person who’s had it rough moving through the ranks and now wants to put something out there for aspiring leaders (And pre-existing ones) to listen and learn from to do better for the future of work.

I’m a Senior Data Engineering Leader in my day-to-day, which means I’m a complete giga-nerd for almost anything data from basic spreadsheets to the latest LLM’s. I’m hoping to have a space to talk about data platforms as well as on here, because frankly? Data and People go together really well… somehow… for some reason.

I offer out this framework for free, I’m also happily open to consultancy and advisory work if you need someone to talk about data or people.
